Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return the product within 30 days for a full refund minus a $4.95 restocking fee. If you order a replacement item, the stocking fee is waived. The cost of Return postage is your responsiblity. Please check the “Info” tab for return address and complete details.


Warranty

What is your warranty?
Most of our manufacturers offer a one year warranty. Please check the “Info” tab for warranty information on each manufacturer.


Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?
Email us at: Service@SandalsGiant.com. Include the word “Cancel” and your order number in the subject line. We will cancel your order and confirm the cancellation by email.


Repair

Can I send my item to you for repair?
We do not repair sandals or purses. Click on Warranty in the “Info” tab for contact information on the manufacturer. They can direct you to a repair center.


Shipping

What method do you use for shipping?
UPS Ground or US Postal Ground, depending upon your location.



How long will shipping take?
You should have your order within 10 days. If an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email.



Can I pay for faster shipping?
No. We offer only UPS or Postal Ground at this time.



Can I ship to an address that’s different from my Bill-to?
Yes.




Credit Cards

What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We do not accept international credit cards.



When do you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until the order ships.

What is the status of my order?

I have a question about a specific product?
All of the information we have is on our web site. We have no additional information.



Is my product in-stock?
Most of our products are in-stock. If we sell out of the item you ordered, we will notify you by email.



What countries do you sell to?
United States only.



Can I pick up my order?
No. All orders are shipped from a central warehouse. You cannot pick up your order from our retail stores or warehouse.

How long has Sandals Giant been in business?
The corporation that owns Sandals Giant has been in Action Sports since 1987. We are Authorized Dealers for our brands.



Can I get a coupon?
Yes. Click on the Email Tab on the left side of the home page. We send an email with special pricing each quarter.
